Located in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Corryong is an inspiring location for artists, poets and the Australian Bush Culture lover.  A dedicated community group, Arts Upper Murray, have gathered to bring visitors of the Upper Murray a full weekend of bush poetry, art, music and market stalls during the first weekend in April. The written poetry competition invites poets to enter a 300 word rhyming verse with Corryong being the nominate theme. The Singing Farmer will also be there to entertain those who love the Golden Oldies and Country Ballads. Don’t miss the Buskers comp, Fred's Shed and car boot sale, you never know what little bargains you might find at It's on in Corryong.The fun and frivolity includes 5 concerts, 4 poet breakfasts, poetry competitions and an art show. Single entry to each venue is $5 or visitors can take advantage of a lucky ticket that includes all events. The lucky ticket costs $20 per adult, $30 per family and $10 for concession card holders.
